Pacific Whey Café & Baking Company recently opened its fourth location at South Coast Plaza. Pacific Whey, based in Orange County, is known for its homemade comfort food (made from scratch), tempting pastries, and breakfast served all day.

The extensive breakfast options include omelets, crepes, breakfast burritos, quesadillas, and filet mignon and eggs any style.

At lunch and dinner the choices range from custom-ordered vegetarian and ground sirloin burgers, grilled sandwiches, cold sandwiches, and entrée salads.

Plus there are the comfort food specials: filet mignon over biscuits; and Pacific Whey pot pie, an upside down version, where the bowl is the crust.
